By creating an account, you agree to use Montage Videos for personal and lawful purposes. You're responsible for the content you upload and for keeping your account secure.
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and audio you upload. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to provide the studio features to you.
One-time montage credits and monthly subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. One-time credits do not renew. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Refunds, when applicable, are handled per our payment provider's policy.
Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, and don't misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Montage Videos is provided "as is." We're not liable for lost projects due to circumstances beyond our control, so keep backups of important media.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
